Why MADISON THROWS CLUB?
  • "Most athletes feel that the season is over in June but the season never really ends. It is an ongoing process and Madison Throws Club allows throwers to better themselves after the high school/collegiate season is over."
  • "Coach Frontier is the one who made me a thrower. Without him, I would have never accomplished what I have, whether it be in high school or in college."
ADVICE FOR THROWERS:
"Young throwers...Stick with it.
It takes time to develop your technique into what you want it to be. I have been throwing for 8 years and I am still making tweaks to my technique. Listen to what your coach says, make your self stronger in the weight room, and be patient with your technique. Being frustrated while you are throwing leads to the practice of bad habits that are much harder to break."

"Advanced throwers...Same thing, stick with it.
Sometimes you may feel like you have hit a wall and you will never PR again, but all it takes is that one big throw to make you forget about that slump. That is what makes this sport so great."
